Welcome to I AM WOMAN: THRIVING IN PURPOSE GLOBAL, a global multicultural mentorship 501c3 nonprofit program empowering women from all walks of life. Our global mission is to transform lives in the marketplace while creating safe and supportive environments where women can connect, learn, and grow through personalized counseling, training, and development.

In addition, we are committed to guiding women in marketplace career development, business entrepreneurship, ministry, and personal growth, helping them discover their full purpose to be able to impact communities around the globe.

Apostle Jonelle Y. Maxwell

Apostle Jonelle Maxwell, founder and visionary of I Am Woman: Thriving in Purpose Global, Inc. I Am Woman: Thriving in Purpose was launched on June 23, 2023, and recently revamped for global expansion. I Am Woman: Thriving in Purpose Global, Inc. is a multifaceted marketplace empowerment program for all multicultural women, from all walks of life, around the globe. Apostle Maxwell is also owner of Finish Works Chaplaincy, LLC.

 

Apostle Maxwell is a native of Newport News, Virginia. For 16 years, she faithfully served multiple areas in ministry under the leadership of the late Bishop W. J. Sellers, founder of Mount Calvary United Outreach Fellowship Church. Also, under the mentorship of the late Pastor A. V. Moody. She now resigns in Jacksonville, Florida.

 

After years of functioning in the ministry grace of an apostle, Apostle Maxwell was affirmed as an apostle through Kairos University International, Inc., founder and dean Apostle Detrick L. Gaskins, in Jacksonville, Florida. She currently serves on the Board of Admissions as director.

 

In 2008, Apostle Maxwell pioneered "Women of Prayer, Power, and Purpose" conference. This conference was based on empowering women to engage in the importance of intercession while walking in power and fulfilling their purpose. In 2011, she pioneered "Leadership on Another Level" conference for leaders to take their leadership to another level in both ministry and business. This conference was based on teaching leaders how to apply Biblical principles to walk in character and integrity in their sphere of influence. In 2012, Apostle Maxwell pioneered a deliverance and counseling discussion panel for the youth called Breaking the Silence. This panel is designed for youth silently struggling with same-sex attraction, depression, molestation, bullying, and suicide. This also created a safe environment allowing youth to engage in healthy dialogue with trusted leaders to receive healing and deliverance. 

 

​In the marketplace, in 2015, Apostle Jonelle Maxwell resigned after 19 years as an employee of Canon Virginia Inc. in Newport News, Virginia. Therefore, leading her to pioneer her own business, Empowered Management Consultancy, LLC. to assist manufacturing companies on a greater scale as a consultant. In her 19 years at Canon Virginia, her areas of experience were specifically in Production Operations, Customer Services, Human Resources, Workforce Development, General Affairs, Corporate Compliance, and Leadership Development. During her years of employment at Canon, Virginia, Apostle Maxwell obtained 121 training certificates in the areas of management, delegating, 6S safety auditing, International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Corporate Compliance, accounting coordinator, project management, confidential information, and corporate disclosure policy. In 2006, she was awarded Above and Beyond in Productivity. Apostle Maxwell also obtained a completion certificate in Organizational Leadership from Thomas Nelson Community College in Hampton Virginia. She also obtained a certificate of completion in the Emerging Leaders Program from Polytechnic Institute and Virginia State University Outreach and International Affairs. Before resigning, she assisted with Professional Development Committee to train employees professionalism as leaders in a business environment. Along with the assistance of college directors in the surrounding Virginia Tidewater and Peninsula area. In working with college directors, she developed an excellent working relationship. 

 

In 2016, Apostle Maxwell conducted her first leadership session called Leadership Dyslexia in Business Environments for the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce in which she was a member. She was also a member of the Virginia Tidewater Chamber of Commerce while residing in Virginia. In 2017 to 2020, she obeyed the voice of the Lord to pioneer a new way of doing ministry beyond the four walls in Sacramento, California, and Houston, Texas. 

 

Apostle Maxwell is a lover of learning. She spends most of her time studying and researching within her areas of expertise. She is a walking book of wealth. Apostle Maxwell is a Cum Laude honors graduate of Colorado Christian University with a Bachelor's in Psychology and Clinical Counseling. She is currently pursuing two Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling at Colorado Christian University.

 

 Last, but not least, Apostle Jonelle Maxwell is a strong global apostolic voice to the nations, speaking on behalf of those that have been spiritually, physically, emotionally, and psychologically abused. Her motto is, “My Voice Has a Purpose.” She is also a voice that bridges gaps between generations in both ministry and business among leaders and rising leaders. Apostle Maxwell is the author of "Waiting Upon the Lord 30 days of Sabbatical Devotional and Free 2 Marry: Comprehensive Study Guide for the Road to Marriage Covenant." She is a kingdom relationship counselor, equipping men and women on how to properly transition from singleness to marriage. She also creates a safe environment for leaders who may be struggling with suicide and other confidential areas to allow times of healing, deliverance, restoration, and counseling. Apostle Maxwell has an anointing, wisdom, and strong insight to strategically plow into difficult situations with a sense of urgency. Apostle Jonelle Maxwell has a great love for God and people. In all this, she loves to laugh. A natural comedian and a mother are what she is called by many. When ministering in writing and vocally, God gives her something funny to say to destroy the yokes of depression. The presence and anointing in her life are impactful, enriching, empowering, and effective. You will know she is around, and the impact God uses her to impart to others. Apostle Jonelle Maxwell is definitely thriving in purpose.
